Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing Level 2 support and will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure Active Directory
  • Manage and maintain ServiceNow for incident and problem management
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide updates to end-users
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to address and resolve systemic issues
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides
Job Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience as an L2 Service Desk Engineer
• Hands-on experience in Azure Active Directory
• Experience working in the corporate main office of a UAE company
• Proficient in using ServiceNow is a plus
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Native Arabic speaker

Preferred Qualifications

• Immediate availability for the role
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi if not already based there
