SOC Manager (Cyber Security) – Delhi – 4 to 9 Years Experience
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SOC Manager to lead and strengthen our cybersecurity operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SOC operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and SIEM management. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage security incidents effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day SOC operations and security monitoring activities
- Lead incident response and coordinate resolution of security incidents
- Monitor and analyze threats, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activities
- Manage and optimize SIEM platforms such as Splunk and QRadar
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve overall security posture
- Prepare incident reports, dashboards, and security documentation
- Guide and mentor SOC team members
Job Requirements
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity or SOC operations
• Strong expertise in SOC operations and incident response
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of threat monitoring and security analysis
• Knowledge of network and information security concepts
• Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA (CS/IT)
• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, Security+)
• Experience in managing SOC teams and handling critical incidents
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards
• Knowledge of threat intelligence and vulnerability management
