Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled Red Team professionals to join our cybersecurity team and strengthen the security posture of a large-scale, diverse, and critical infrastructure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in offensive security, adversary simulation, and advanced threat emulation across enterprise and industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct red teaming engagements simulating real-world adversaries
- Map attack paths from initial access to final impact
- Perform advanced threat emulation aligned with business risks
- Simulate APT and nation-state level attack scenarios
- Assess and test security across IT, OT, ICS, and SCADA environments
- Utilize offensive security tools for exploitation and post-exploitation activities
- Collaborate with blue teams to improve detection and response capabilities
- Document findings and provide actionable remediation recommendations
Job Requirements
• 7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on red teaming
• Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Proven experience in attack path mapping and adversary simulation
• Hands-on expertise in IT, OT, ICS, and SCADA security
• Proficiency in tools such as Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, and Empire
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing and offensive security methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in offensive security (e.g., OSCP, CEH, or equivalent)
• Experience working with critical infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of threat intelligence and advanced persistent threats (APT)
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in high-security environments
