Senior Cyber Security Analyst (L3) – Navi Mumbai – 7 to 14 Years Experience
Job Description
We are seeking highly experienced and result-driven Cyber Security Professionals (L3) to join our advanced security operations team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in handling complex security incidents, threat management, and enterprise security architecture. This role involves overseeing security operations, guiding junior analysts, and strengthening the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead investigation and response to complex and high-severity security incidents
- Provide technical guidance and escalation support to L1 and L2 teams
- Manage and optimize SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewall, and endpoint security solutions
- Design and implement advanced security controls and strategies
- Conduct threat hunting and proactive security assessments
- Analyze emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and frameworks
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate risks to stakeholders
Job Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity (L3 level)
• Strong expertise in incident response, threat analysis, and security operations
• Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Check Point, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Fortinet, and Palo Alto
• Experience with endpoint security tools like Trend Micro and Symantec Endpoint Protection
• Solid understanding of SIEM, EDR/XDR, and load balancing technologies
• Mandatory certifications: CISSP or CISM
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Additional certifications in advanced security technologies or frameworks
• Experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) leadership roles
• Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms and APT attack methodologies
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
