ITC Infotech is seeking a skilled Wintel L3 Administrator to join our team in Bengaluru. This role requires advanced expertise in managing and troubleshooting Windows server environments and providing high-level technical support to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 support for Wintel environments, managing Windows servers and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues and enhance system stability.
  • Document procedures and update configurations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security protocols.
Job Requirements

• Advanced experience in Wintel administration (Level 3 support).
• Proficiency in managing Windows servers, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or similar, are a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
