Swift Strategic Solutions is seeking a skilled Windows Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows Administration, Performance Tuning, Patch Management, and Windows Upgrades in production environments. This role requires working night shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Windows administration tasks including patching and troubleshooting BSOD issues.
  • Manage VMWare environments and Azure platforms.
  • Provide leadership in handling technically challenging customer situations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Support customers through telephone, email, and chat services.
Job Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Windows Administration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Windows Performance issues.
• Proficiency in VMWare, Azure, and AWS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Windows Administration or related field.
• Experience with Hyper-V and Citrix virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of hidden process identification tools.
