VDI Solutions Architect – Riyadh – 7 to 10 Years Experience
Job Description
We are seeking a VDI Solutions Architect to join an innovative and growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable, and robust Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions. This is a strategic role aimed at driving digital workplace transformation through cutting-edge virtualization technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement VDI solutions that meet client business and technical requirements
- Lead architecture discussions related to Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Microsoft AVD
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure integration and compliance
- Provide technical leadership and best practices on desktop virtualization projects
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system reliability and performance
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in architecting and deploying VDI environments
• Strong knowledge of Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop
• Hands-on experience with profile management, application layering, and remote desktop services
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security tools
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in Citrix (CCA/CCP), VMware (VCP-DTM), or Microsoft (AVD)
• Experience with hybrid or cloud-based VDI solutions
• Knowledge of endpoint management platforms like Intune or SCCM
