SecLance is looking for experienced professionals to join our team as VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) Leads. This role involves leading security assessment projects, guiding teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead vulnerability assessment and penetration testing projects.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive security strategies for clients.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on findings, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and tools.
Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in VAPT or similar cybersecurity domains.
• Expertise in tools like Metasploit, Nessus, Burp Suite, or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or CISSP.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and secure coding practices.
• Experience working with diverse teams in remote settings.
