The Decipher Bureau is looking for an experienced Threat Hunter to join our team. This role focuses on serving as a Level 3 escalation point for incidents and proactively conducting threat-hunting activities as part of a broader SOC service. Responsibilities:
- Act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex security incidents.
- Perform proactive threat-hunting to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with the SOC team to enhance overall security operations.
- Analyze security events, logs, and alerts to detect malicious activities.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
Job Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in incident response and threat hunting.
• Strong knowledge of SOC workflows and cybersecurity tools.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve complex security incidents.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work remotely if required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications such as GCIH, CTIA, or equivalent.
• Experience working in or with Security Operations Centers (SOC).
