CryptoGen Nepal is seeking a Support Engineer to join our dynamic Security Operations Center (SOC) team. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting security operations issues, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support for Security Operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Assist in optimizing system performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance SOC processes and infrastructure.
  • Provide timely resolutions and updates for reported incidents.
Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting IT systems and security tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SOC operations and cybersecurity practices.
• Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or similar are an advantage.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
