Are you an experienced SOC professional ready to elevate your career? Marc Ellis is seeking a skilled SOC Manager to lead and enhance our Security Operations Center (SOC) in Saudi Arabia. This role offers an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of cybersecurity in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line supervision and guidance to SOC team members.
- Develop and administer SOC processes, ensuring policies and controls operate effectively.
- Produce and review performance metrics to evaluate SOC effectiveness.
- Enhance the efficiency of SOC functions through process improvements and collaboration.
- Oversee cybersecurity training and exercises, ensuring team proficiency.
- Conduct reviews to identify lessons learned and implement best practices.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer-related field.
• Expertise in SIEM, preferably ArcSight, and Incident Response Platforms (IRP).
• Certifications such as Security Essentials (SEC401/GSEC), Advanced Security Essentials (SEC501/GCED), and Intrusion Detection (SEC503) are a plus.
• Certified on proposed SIEM/IRP solutions.
• Prior supervisory or technical team leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to managing cybersecurity operations and training.
