Flint International is seeking a highly skilled SOC Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who excel in managing Security Operations Centers (SOC) and leading Incident Response (IR) efforts. Arabic speakers with Splunk expertise are highly preferred for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead SOC operations effectively.

- Oversee and lead Incident Response (IR) processes and activities.
- Provide strategic leadership to SOC teams to ensure robust security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization’s security posture.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a SOC Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Proficiency in using Splunk for security monitoring.
• Strong expertise in Incident Response (IR).
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
