The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SIEM engineering and operations, along with exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Lead SOC operations, ensuring robust security monitoring and incident response.
- Manage and enhance SIEM systems, ensuring efficient engineering and operational practices.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to SOC team members to foster a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in SOC management and SIEM operations.
• Strong technical expertise in SIEM engineering and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex security incidents.
Preferred Qualifications
• Immediate or early joiners preferred.
