CyberNX Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced SOC (Security Operations Center) Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead our SOC team, ensuring the security and integrity of our clients’ systems and data. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and the ability to manage and mentor a team of security analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the SOC team to monitor and respond to security incidents.
  • Develop and implement SOC processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the investigation of security incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Regularly assess the security posture of client environments and recommend improvements.
  • Provide regular reports on SOC activities and incident management to senior management.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to ensure proactive defense measures.
Job Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on SOC operations.
• Proven experience in managing a SOC team.
• Strong knowledge of security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the IT or cybersecurity industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Hands-on experience with incident response and forensic analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
