Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SOC (Security Operations Center) Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in various SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) technologies like Qradar, Sentinel, and Arcsight. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SOC operations, including implementation, troubleshooting, and managing the SOC environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SOC operations, ensuring the efficient and effective monitoring of security events.
- Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain SIEM technologies such as Qradar, Sentinel, and Arcsight.
- Manage a team of SOC analysts, providing guidance and expertise in threat detection and incident response.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures within the SOC.
- Ensure continuous improvement of SOC operations and security measures.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in SOC operations, with at least 3 years as an L3 SOC analyst or manager.
• Expertise in SIEM technologies (Qradar, Sentinel, Arcsight).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
• Active certifications will be given additional consideration.
