Job Description
We are hiring a SOC Level 3 Engineer to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam, Malaysia. We are open to candidates of any nationality who are willing to relocate. As a SOC Level 3 Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our Security Operations Center, where you’ll apply your expertise to maintain and enhance our cybersecurity defenses.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SOC operations and incident response processes.
- Onboard, tune, and configure SIEM solutions.
- Monitor and analyze security threats using advanced threat intelligence.
- Design and implement secure OS, networking, and infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct penetration testing and security monitoring activities.
- Develop and maintain SOC documentation.
Job Requirements
• 6-7 years of experience in SOC operations and incident response.
• Expertise in SIEM solutions and security monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of OS, networking, and infrastructure design.
• Experience in penetration testing or security monitoring.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, Firewalls, IAM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection, and Threat Management/Intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats, hacking techniques, vulnerability disclosures, and security analysis methods.
