Job Description

We are hiring a SOC L3 Analyst for our company, Allied Digital Services Limited, based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 24×7 monitoring of all SOC platforms.
  • Close all incidents, ensuring response and resolution times meet the SLA.
  • Send MBR/QBR reports on time and complete reviews as per the SLA.
  • Focus on value additions, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and problem management.
  • Review the design of various SIEM/SOAR/EDR platforms to excel in service levels for BAU work and secure new business continuously.
Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience with various SIEM, EDR, and SOAR tools.
• Good knowledge in Threat Intelligence (TI) management.
• Proficiency in onboarding devices, integration, deployment, and effectively managing BAU work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or related fields.
