Job Description
Zensar Technologies is seeking an experienced SOC L2 Supporter to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment, providing second-level support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support in a SOC environment, monitoring and responding to security incidents.
- Analyze and investigate alerts escalated from L1 support.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of incidents to determine the root cause and impact.
- Collaborate with the SOC team to improve detection and response processes.
- Participate in incident response activities and provide recommendations for containment and remediation.
- Maintain and update security documentation and procedures.
Job Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience in SOC L2 support.
• Strong knowledge of security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
• Experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls, and endpoint security solutions.
• Ability to analyze and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
• Experience with threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Knowledge of current cybersecurity threats and trends.
