Job Description

We are hiring a SOC L2 Analyst for our Pune location. As a crucial member of our cybersecurity team, you will provide advanced technical support and incident response, focusing on SIEM tools like QROC Qradar on Cloud (QROC), Splunk, and Rapid7.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the QROC tool to monitor the security environment for potential threats and incidents.
  • Analyze and triage security alerts generated by the QROC tool, making informed decisions on the appropriate response.
  • Respond to security incidents, taking appropriate actions to contain, mitigate, and remediate security threats.
  • Collaborate with other SOC team members and internal/external stakeholders to resolve complex security incidents.
  • Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to enhance incident response.
  • Document security incidents, responses, and related information in accordance with established procedures.
  • Mentor and train lower-level SOC technicians on the use of the QROC tool and incident response best practices.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a SOC role.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and basic knowledge of various security technologies and SIEM tools including QROC Qradar and Splunk.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QROC Qradar and Splunk is essential.
