Job Description
Tata Communications is looking for skilled SOC L2 Analysts to join our cybersecurity team at our Mumbai client location. The role involves advanced analysis, incident handling, and escalation of security issues to safeguard organizational assets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security alerts in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
- Perform advanced triage and root cause analysis of security incidents.
- Escalate incidents to SOC L3 or management as required.
- Develop and implement detection use cases and playbooks.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize security tools and technologies.
- Provide guidance and support to SOC L1 analysts.
Job Requirements
• Valid Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification.
• SIEM certification (any recognized certification).
• Educational qualifications: BE, BTech, MCA, or BCA.
• Strong technical expertise in handling security incidents.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and incident response.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
