HGS – Hinduja Global Solutions is looking for dynamic and experienced SOC L2 Analysts to join our Security Operations Center team in Bangalore. We have multiple openings, and we are excited to welcome security professionals who are passionate about cybersecurity and are ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze security events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the SOC team to enhance security posture and implement security best practices.
  • Maintain and improve existing security systems and protocols.
  • Provide detailed reports on security incidents and recommendations for remediation.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and manage threat intelligence.
Job Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a Security Operations Center.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, incident response, and threat management.
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience in handling high-severity incidents.
• Knowledge of advanced persistent threats (APT) and the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by threat actors.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
