Join our dynamic team at Motherson Technology Services Limited as a SOC L1 expert. We are currently seeking talented individuals with a passion for cybersecurity to join our expanding team in Noida. As a SOC L1 specialist, you will play a vital role in monitoring and analyzing security events to ensure the protection of our organization’s assets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security events and alerts to identify potential threats
- Analyze and investigate security incidents
- Implement and maintain security tools and technologies
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Provide timely response to security incidents and breaches
Job Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
• Strong knowledge of SOC operations and procedures
• Experience with QRadar or xSOAR is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GIAC
