Job Description

Our client, an IT/System Integrator company in Riyadh, is hiring SOC Engineers with 4 to 7 years of experience for their Ministry projects. The SOC Engineer will be responsible for the operational use case of incidents related to TCC clients, reviewing cases, and making decisions (only escalated cases from Level 1 engineers). Additionally, the Engineer will perform tasks on SIEM solutions, EDR, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review escalated cases from Level 1 engineers.
  • Perform operations related to SIEM solutions, EDR, and vulnerability management.
  • Collaborate with TCC clients to resolve incidents effectively.
  • Ensure the security of the systems and networks within the organization.
  • Maintain detailed records of all incidents and actions taken.
Job Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in SOC operations.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM solutions, EDR, and vulnerability management.
• Experience in handling escalated cases and making informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with IT/System Integration in large-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or related security certifications.
• Experience working with government or Ministry projects.
• Knowledge of advanced cybersecurity techniques and tools.
