SOC Engineering Lead – Remote India – 7 to 12 Years Experience

As a SOC Engineering Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our Security Operations Center and defending against emerging threats.
We’re looking for immediate joiners or professionals who can start within 15 days.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SOC infrastructure
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of security tools and technologies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to SOC team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless security operations
- Manage incident response processes and proactively mitigate threats
- Drive continuous improvement of detection and response strategies
Job Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in SOC engineering, cybersecurity, or related roles
• Proven expertise in designing and managing security systems and platforms
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage team responsibilities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced security operations environment
• Strong understanding of cyber threat landscapes and best practices
