SOC Engineer – Remote (India / Nepal) – 3 to 9 Years Experience
Job Description
StickmanCyber is rapidly expanding and looking to bring on board a highly skilled SOC Engineer. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in security engineering and automation, eager to make an immediate impact in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and maintain SOC infrastructure components
- Automate security operations workflows to improve response efficiency
- Collaborate with incident response and threat hunting teams
- Ensure smooth functioning of SIEM/SOAR platforms and log sources
- Participate in architectural decisions for SOC tooling and frameworks
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Engineering or SOC Automation
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, and related security tools
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Must be available to join immediately or within 15 days
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GCIA, or similar
• Experience in multi-tenant or MSSP environments
• Familiarity with threat intelligence and EDR integration
