Job Description

Fiserv is searching for a SOC Auditor to join our Enterprise, Risk, and Controls team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in Systems and Organization Controls (SOC) audits, ensuring that Fiserv’s business entities meet compliance standards. The ideal candidate will use their auditing skills and risk management insight to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute SOC audits, assessments, and examinations.
  • Track audit findings and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify compliance issues and ensure appropriate remediation is in place.
  • Collaborate with program administrators, business lines, and shared corporate functions as an internal auditor.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to meet program requirements.
  • Provide updates on the status of audits, exams, and assessments.
  • Support special investigations and assist in other relevant projects.
  • Schedule and attend necessary meetings.
  • Liaise with the business and Third-Party Audit teams.
  • Generate daily or weekly reports.
  • Ensure Request for Information (RFI) processes are monitored and updated.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in project management, audit, or risk management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to address conflicts assertively and proactively.
• Capable of working within a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SOC assessments and internal IT audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience interacting with all levels of management.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
