SOC Analyst [Level 1] – Mumbai – 6 Months to 2 Years Experience
Job Description
We are actively hiring a passionate and detail-oriented SOC Analyst – L1 to join our growing cybersecurity operations team. If you’re eager to kick-start or elevate your career in cybersecurity and can join immediately or within 7 days, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incidents through Summit ticketing mechanism, reports, and dashboards.
- Report identified incidents to the relevant teams and the Infosec (SOC) team.
- Assist the SOC team in the incident workflow and ticket auto-transfer to appropriate teams.
- Support the SOC team in whitelisting legitimate processes.
- Aid in detecting and resolving incidents in collaboration with the SOC team.
- Effectively communicate with external teams to ensure proper incident resolution.
Job Requirements
• Any graduate with relevant cybersecurity certifications
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
• Basic understanding of security operations and incident response
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, or other SOC-related courses
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and ticketing systems
• Eagerness to learn and grow in cybersecurity
