SOC Analyst [Level 1] – Mumbai – 1 to 3 Years Experience
Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking passionate and detail-oriented professionals to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team as Level 1 Analysts. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with foundational cybersecurity experience who want to grow in a fast-paced and innovative global organization.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk experience preferred)
- Perform initial analysis and triage of security events
- Escalate incidents based on predefined procedures
- Document all findings and support incident investigations
- Collaborate with senior analysts and contribute to improving detection
Job Requirements
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification – Mandatory
• Experience with Splunk or other SIEM tools
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and mitigation
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Exposure to security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
• Familiarity with intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and endpoint protection
