SOC Analyst [Level 1] – Abu Dhabi – 3 to 9 Years Experience
Job Description
CyberGate Defense is looking for a SOC Level 1 Analyst with 3 to 9 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in monitoring, identifying, and responding to security threats. This role is open only to candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM tools
- Perform initial triage and escalation of potential security incidents
- Maintain security incident logs and documentation
- Work closely with L2/L3 teams for further analysis and response
- Ensure consistent monitoring of infrastructure for threats
Job Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in SOC or relevant cybersecurity roles
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security tools
• Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or SOC Analyst-related credentials are a plus
• Exposure to incident response procedures and ticketing systems
