SOC Analyst Level 1 – Abu Dhabi – 0 to 2 Years Experience
Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented L1 SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring security alerts, performing triage, and supporting incident response efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security events from SIEM tools
- Perform initial triage and escalate incidents as necessary
- Assist in basic incident response activities
- Document and report security incidents
- Support continuous improvement of SOC processes
Job Requirements
• Familiarity with security event monitoring and SIEM platforms
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent
• Hands-on lab experience or internship in a SOC environment
