StickmanCyber is hiring SOC Analysts (L2) to join our Security Operations team in Bangalore. This hybrid role is perfect for skilled professionals with strong communication and technical expertise who are eager to grow alongside inspiring leaders in the cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead incident detection, investigation, and response processes.
  • Analyze and correlate security events from various sources, including SIEM tools.
  • Provide advanced threat analysis and assist in mitigating vulnerabilities.
  • Mentor junior SOC team members to enhance team capabilities.
  • Create detailed incident reports and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Job Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM tools, threat detection, and incident management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore or relocate within 2 weeks of joining.
• Note: Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must be local to Bangalore or willing to relocate within 2 weeks of joining.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience in managing advanced cybersecurity threats and incidents.
• Familiarity with malware analysis, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
