We’re Hiring: SOC Analyst L2 at TechDefence Labs Solutions!
We are seeking a skilled SOC Analyst L2 to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, ensuring the protection of our clients’ critical assets. This role requires a proactive approach to cybersecurity threats and a deep understanding of security operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor security alerts and incidents from various security tools and systems.
  • Analyze and investigate security events to determine their impact and severity.
  • Respond to security incidents, including triage, containment, and remediation.
  • Perform advanced threat detection and analysis using SIEM tools and other security technologies.
  • Conduct forensic analysis and investigations to identify the root cause of security incidents.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement security measures and improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to SOC Analyst L1 team members.
  • Create and maintain incident documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a SOC or similar cybersecurity role.
• Proficiency in using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and common attack vectors.
• Experience with incident response, forensic analysis, and malware analysis.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
