Slice Consulting is looking for a SOC Analyst (L1) with 2-3 years of SOC experience to join our cybersecurity team. This role is ideal for individuals skilled in security monitoring, incident response, and SIEM tools.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts from various SIEM platforms.
- Analyze potential security incidents and escalate them as needed.
- Perform basic incident response and threat analysis.
- Support the SOC team in maintaining cybersecurity best practices.
- Assist in documentation and reporting of security incidents.
Job Requirements
• 2-3 years of hands-on SOC experience.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools, threat detection, and security monitoring.
• Understanding of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or SOC Analyst+ (Preferred).
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
