Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts in real time in a 24×7 Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Triage incoming alerts and assess their potential impact
- Escalate incidents as needed and provide initial incident response support
- Document incidents and maintain accurate logs
- Work closely with senior analysts and follow established protocols
Job Requirements
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and tools
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or equivalent (not mandatory but preferred)
• Familiarity with SIEM tools is a plus
