Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. The role involves real-time threat detection, incident response, and proactive monitoring to safeguard our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security events through SIEM tools and analyze potential threats.
- Investigate security incidents, such as malware attacks and network intrusions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reports.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve security vulnerabilities.
- Maintain and update SOC procedures to enhance response efficiency.
Job Requirements
• Proficiency in SIEM tools, firewalls, and IDS/IPS technologies.
• Hands-on experience with incident response and threat analysis.
• Strong knowledge of network security, TCP/IP, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a SOC or similar role.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH) are a plus.
