Job Description
We are looking for a skilled SOC Analyst with expertise in cyber security to join our team. As a SOC Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and configure Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Monitor platform performance and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Troubleshoot escalated Zscaler issues, collaborating with L1 teams.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and implement security improvements.
• Integrate SIEM solutions (IBM QRadar, Wazuh) and manage EDR tools (CrowdStrike).
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Zscaler platforms (ZIA, ZPA).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with security auditing and monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with other cyber security tools and platforms.
