Job Description

CyberGate Defense is seeking a skilled SIEM Admin to enhance the organization’s cybersecurity infrastructure and ensure optimal performance of security solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate critical security solutions to defend against cyber threats and attacks.
  • Lead the deployment of advanced technologies to improve cybersecurity posture.
  • Continuously optimize security systems to reduce false positives and negatives.
  • Serve as an L3 escalation point for analyzing and responding to security incidents.
  • Perform regular platform health checks to maintain system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Penetration Testing, Cyber Hunt, and Threat Intelligence to strengthen security measures.
  • Drive improvements through automation and process enhancements to reduce threat dwell time.
  • Utilize tools including NAC, SIEM, EDR, and NDR solutions for incident response and threat management.
Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SIEM administration or related cybersecurity roles.
• Strong expertise in security system management and incident response.
• Proficiency in tools like NAC, SIEM, EDR, and NDR solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex incidents and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
