Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our architecture unit, leading initiatives to design and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital transformation and enterprise-grade architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead enterprise-wide cloud-native, microservices-based architecture
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions
- Engage in strategic technical decision-making and technology roadmapping
- Mentor junior architects and engineering teams
- Integrate security principles into the full application lifecycle
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, performance, and high availability standards
Job Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture
• Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Containers, and Enterprise Integration
• Deep understanding of mobile and web application architecture
• Proven track record of building scalable and secure solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience in the banking/finance sector
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and tooling
• Exposure to digital banking or fintech transformation projects
