Job Description

CyberPWN Technologies is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves hands-on expertise with security tools and a deep understanding of mobile and web application security testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience with popular security tools such as Nmap, Nessus SC+, Kali, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Fortify/Checkmarx, SonarQube.
  • Experience in system hardening and compliance scanning to ensure secure configurations.
  • Perform Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on mobile applications (iOS and Android) following SANS and OWASP Top 10 security guidelines.
  • Conduct web application security testing using black box, white box, and grey box techniques.
  • Perform API security testing and ensure robust security for exposed services.
  • Thoroughly assess vulnerabilities and provide mitigation recommendations for identified weaknesses.
Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in security engineering and vulnerability assessments.
• Proficient in mobile and web application security testing.
• In-depth knowledge of application security controls and compliance standards.
• Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve system security.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or equivalent in cybersecurity.
• Advanced experience with mobile application security testing for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SANS and OWASP security guidelines and best practices.
• Experience with automation tools for security testing, including Fortify/Checkmarx and SonarQube.
• Hands-on experience in cloud security and network security practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to effectively mitigate security risks.
