Job Description
BigData Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer for a 3-month project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be based in the UAE and available for an immediate start. The role involves managing network and security projects, with a focus on both technical and project management expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage network solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage network and security projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and other security protocols.
- Conduct network performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Cisco Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CISSP.
• ITIL Certified.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration.
• Project Management Certifications: Waterfall and Agile.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 standards.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing network and security projects.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for network security and administration.
