Teleperformance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – SOC Information Security to lead a team of security professionals. The ideal candidate will manage incident management, audits, and the development, implementation, and management of security operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of security professionals in a dynamic SOC environment.
- Oversee incident management processes and ensure timely resolution of security events.
- Conduct and manage security audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Develop and implement security operation frameworks and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve the organization’s security posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and mitigate security risks.
Job Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in security operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
• Proven expertise in incident management, audits, and security operation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience in managing large-scale SOC operations.
• In-depth knowledge of security tools and technologies.
