Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist for our global organization within the insurance sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and leadership experience to provide IT support and mentorship to users in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for various IT services, including operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding users through problem-solving steps.
  • Offer training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices to enhance their productivity.
  • Act as a supervisor or mentor to junior staff members as needed.
Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Excellent technical knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), software applications, and hardware components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide users through technical issues.
• Personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
