Job Description

As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, providing technical support, and resolving issues for end users. You will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software problems, offering solutions, and ensuring that IT infrastructure runs efficiently to support business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for end users efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain systems and software applications.
  • Ensure the timely backup of data and implement security measures.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to deliver high-quality technical services.
  • Document and track issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support or related role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and other business applications.
• Experience with network systems and servers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and virtual machines.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
