Senior IAM Engineer – Mumbai – 6 to 9 Years Experience
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM Engineer (L3) to lead the development, configuration, and enhancement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing authentication mechanisms and ensuring compliance with IAM policies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and enhancement of IAM security features
- Configure and manage authentication protocols such as MFA, SSO, LDAP, SAML, and SCIM
- Govern identity lifecycle processes and ensure IAM policy compliance
- Manage and resolve Level 3 escalations
- Integrate and optimize new security solutions
- Ensure adherence to IAM best practices and risk management
Job Requirements
• 6–9 years of experience in IAM
• Expertise in tools like Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, and SailPoint
• Strong understanding of IAM risk management and governance
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead projects
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior training or certification from ISSS is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
