ProTechmanize Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Security Support Engineer with expertise in SentinelOne Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR). The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of relevant experience and be skilled in threat detection, response, and remediation. This role involves supporting our cybersecurity infrastructure and ensuring protection against cyber threats.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage SentinelOne EDR solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain endpoint security for optimal performance and security.
  • Configure and manage SentinelOne policies and settings.
  • Conduct security assessments and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT and network teams to integrate SentinelOne EDR solutions with other systems.
  • Maintain accurate security records and generate performance/compliance reports.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for EDR-related issues.
  • Stay updated with trends and best practices in endpoint detection and response.
  • Participate in security incident response activities.
Job Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on SentinelOne EDR.
• Proficient in threat detection, response, and remediation.
• Experience in configuring and managing security policies and settings.
