🔒 Job Opportunity: Security Specialist (L2 Engineer) at Eventus Security 🔒

Are you a seasoned L2 Engineer or Specialist with a strong background in server security, data center, and endpoint security? Eventus Security is seeking a talented Security Specialist to join our team. If you have a minimum of 4 years’ experience with Trend Micro products and a passion for safeguarding critical security infrastructure, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement and provide L2 support for Trend Micro products, including Apex One, Deep Security, Email Security, Web Security, EDR / MXDR, and Trend Micro Vision 1.
✅ Collaborate with our core team to conduct product demonstrations and travel for onsite Proof of Value (POC) for Trend Micro Products.
✅ Handle escalations and support critical security infrastructure to ensure our clients’ safety.
✅ Manage security incidents and malware outbreaks, working closely with our Incident Response (IR) team.
✅ Exhibit excellent communication and documentation skills, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
✅ Ensure timely reporting to all stakeholders for any activities, including PoC and implementations.
✅ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to keep our team informed.
✅ Foster a culture of constant learning, staying updated with the latest products and technologies in the security domain.

Requirements:
👉Qualifications : BE/B.Tech/BCA/BScIT
or Diploma in Engineering, CEH certified hy EC Council as an advantage.
👉 At least 4 years of experience with Trend Micro products.
👉 Proven ability to handle security incidents and escalations effectively.
👉 Excellent communication and documentation skills.
👉 Self-driven and proactive attitude.
👉 Willingness to travel for onsite POCs.
👉 Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with security trends.
👉Client handling skills, stakeholder management.
