Security Researcher – Delhi – Freshers
Job Description
We are excited to welcome a motivated and skilled Security Researcher to our team at McAfee. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of experience to launch their careers in the field of cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and reverse-engineer malware samples.
- Research PE and non-PE file formats for threat identification.
- Collaborate with the security research team to identify and mitigate threats.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in malware and cyber threats.
- Document and communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
• Strong foundation in malware reverse engineering.
• Understanding of PE (Portable Executable) and non-PE file formats.
• Familiarity with tools used in malware analysis and debugging.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with malware analysis labs or projects.
• Certifications in cybersecurity or reverse engineering (e.g., CEH, GREM).
• Passion for research and cybersecurity innovations.
