Security Operations Engineer – Irving – 4 to 9 Years Experience
Job Description
Hampton North is looking for a Security Operations Engineer to join our team! This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the SecOps Director in developing and fine-tuning security tools, helping to build a world-class SOC from the ground up. You’ll also work with our in-house security platforms, including Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, to enhance security automation and threat detection.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize security tools to improve SOC operations.
- Work with Microsoft security stack to strengthen defenses.
- Implement and improve security automation processes.
- Analyze security threats and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with the SecOps team to enhance SIEM capabilities.
Job Requirements
• Deep technical expertise in the Microsoft security stack.
• Proven experience in security automation and SOC development.
• Strong understanding of SIEM technologies, especially Microsoft Sentinel.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (Required).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in building and tuning security tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience working in high-security environments.
