Security Engineering Lead – Singapore – 3 to 9 Years Experience
Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Security Engineering Lead for one of our premier clients. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who can both manage and implement robust security solutions across an enterprise environment. If you’re passionate about building secure infrastructures and leading high-performing security teams, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide security solutions
- Manage security infrastructure, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM
- Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to ensure security best practices are in place
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance the organization’s security posture
- Lead security incident response and remediation processes
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior security engineers
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in implementing and managing enterprise security technologies
• Strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security
• Experience with security frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP
• Experience in DevSecOps or security automation
• Familiarity with hybrid or multi-cloud environments
