Arete Incident Response is hiring a Security Engineer to join our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team in Hyderabad, India. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about Security Engineering, onboarding support, EDR deployment, and troubleshooting. We are seeking candidates who are either immediate joiners or can join within 30 days.
Responsibilities:
- Support the GSOC team in security operations and threat management.
- Deploy and manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
- Troubleshoot security-related issues and provide technical support.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new security tools and technologies.
Job Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Security Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in EDR deployment and security operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a GSOC or similar security environment.
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, etc.).
• Familiarity with various security tools and platforms.
